Is it one size?
Yes. The Dial-Fit harness adjusts across a 76–124cm chest. Because the dial tensions every anchor point at once, you're not matching your body to a fixed size — you're pulling the vest in to meet it.
Will it bounce?
Not when it's dialled in. Because the tension spreads across the whole torso rather than sitting on two straps, there's no slack left for the load to swing into. If it does move, turn the dial a click or two — you can do it mid-run.
Flasks or bladder?
Flasks are faster to refill and easier to drink from at pace, which suits most road and shorter trail runs. A bladder carries more without the front-load. The vest is set up for both, so you can switch depending on the run.
What if the dial breaks?
It's covered by the two-year warranty alongside the seams, zips and buckles. Post it back to us and we'll send a replacement.
Will my phone fit in the vest?
Yes — there's a dedicated zipped front pocket sized to fit most phones, including with a case on.
What if it doesn't work out?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund, even if you've sweated in it. Return shipping is on us and you don't need to justify it.
